Santorini Wedding Planners was founded by Shirley Chiarolanzio (B.S. University of Vermont, USA).


Her love affair with the island of Santorini dates back to 1989 when she visited for the first time.
Truly inspired by the natural beauty of the island, Shirley fulfilled her own dreams in 1996 by returning to live in the place she considers the most beautiful in the world. At that time she relocated from the New York area, began working with a local travel office, and was the wedding planner for a New York-based company.


Due to her overwhelming success in the wedding planning industry, Shirley was able to open her own business in 2007.


Santorini Wedding Planners organizes a select number of high quality weddings each year. Our aim is to have each and every wedding represent a couple's unique vision and personal flair. We work closely with a couple right from the beginning by listening to their ideas and offering a wide range of distinctive venues and services to choose from so they can make the right decisions based on their style and budget.
