Nathalia & Yevgen

Nathalia and Yevgen came from Russia to be married at Andronis Boutique Hotel in Oia on August 18, 2013, with a reception following at Theros Wave Bar. The couple's guests flew in not only from their home country, but all over the world - Ukraine, Italy, Germany, and the UK! The wedding had a classic white theme with accents from the sea. The ceremony table was adorned with an elegant white rose arrangement, Greek olive leaf wedding crowns, and their wedding bands were placed in a hand crafted ceramic boat from Oia.  Guests were given colorful umbrellas upon arrival to shade themselves from the hot Santorini sun. Following their nuptials, the couple and their guests celebrated with a champagne fountain and some fantastic hors d'oeuvres from Andronis on the terrace while enjoying the magnificent view.

The couple were then transported to Theros Wave Bar in a decorated Jeep Wrangler where they were greeted by their guests with a display of sparklers. The beach-side reception venue was beautifully decorated with the elements of sea and sun - candles floating in sea-colored water, white flowers in turquoise glass vases, and lemons with name cards attached. A photo booth, complete with props, was set up for guests to take funny and memorable photos for the bride and groom. The night progressed with dinner and entertainment by Namaste - a live band who played their first dance - "Dance Me to the End of Love". After that, Greek dancers performed and the groom danced the Zeibekiko dance. Everyone even got into the Greek spirit by smashing plates on the dance floor! The celebrations went on with a DJ mixing Russian hits well into the night, and a great time was had by all!
