Melissa and Cameron, from Australia, were married here with us on September 15, 2012. Their beautiful nuptials took place at Villa La Maltese on the cliffs of Imerovigli. The couple had a special experience at their hotel on the island. They spent their stay at Altana Traditional Houses, and very much felt at home there. Melissa described leaving there in her wedding dress with her parents and musicians in tow as a really special feeling, like she was leaving home. Melissa was radiant in her beautiful embellished dress, and you could see the joy in her face as she entered the ceremony. The terrace of Villa La Maltese was covered in candles and hydrangea and baby's breath flowers, and a silver compass was set at each guest's place as a gift for attending the special day. After dinner and celebrations, the couple and guests danced the night away to the bright lights and sounds of the DJ. The beautiful day was captured by Mauricio Arias from Chrisman Studios who traveled all the way from San Francisco for the special event.
